The power window can get stuck because of an issue with its motor, switch, window regulator, or wiring. There are temporary measures to roll up a stuck power window, such as slamming the door or hitting the area over the motor. A faulty window switch, snow, and ice are common reasons for the power window not rolling down.
Using a test light, inspect the fuses. The fuses for the power windows are located on the back of the fuse box cover. Check for power on both sides of the fuse by inserting the prong into each divot on the top of the fuse. If the fuses are operational, proceed to the wires. If a fuse has blown, it should be replaced.

this is a very common problem amongst the mazda vehicles. so far 3 of the mazdas in our family all had to go in for warranty repairs because of these poorly designed mirrors. even the dealer was saying that water gets inside the mechanism when it shouldn't. i'd be pushing your mazda dealer to get it replaced under some kind of warranty.
