Again, Far Cry 5 will only use 4cores so that is 60-70% usage with 4c/8t and your GPU limited. Not really that hard to understand. Buddy, the GPU only runs 70% around outposts which is the problem and the CPU is only pushing 60% with a couple threads in the 70's. The issue isn't with the cpu or gpu being the bottleneck.
So I recently got a new laptop, an upgrade to the the previous one. I could play farcry new dawn on minimum on the old laptop. But on the new laptop, after the splash screen, I get the black screen with the loading icon for sometime and then it just crashes back to desktop.I’ve made a small mistake in my installation script. So when you install the game with in-game editor selected, one file is not renamed properly. But don’t you worry, you can easily fix it in a second. Just go to “data_final\pc\ingameeditor” game folder, delete igepack.dat file and rename igepack.dat_ to igepack.dat. That’s it!
Yeah same issue, Was working fine the night before, I took out the disc and cleaned it thoroughly, and the ps5 and disc are both new, and other games work perfectly fineFar Cry 5 is literally unplayable due to crashes. Playing it on 4k, Settings are the first one is on Ultra everything else is on High and with TAA (yes tried that too with low and dissabled AA and everything else possible in this regard).
