Using cruise between 40-55 mph the RPMs surge from 1600 to 2100 then drops down to 1600 then back up to 2100 til either I cancel the cruise or get it above 55mph. Google and reading posts point me in that direction.

I put in a BWD from Orielly and it wouldn't even start! (grrr.) Put in a new Duralast and all is well again, for now. I didn't want to pay the $72 the stealership wants for one.
